There is no application fee, however, there is a $50 deposit for the screening which will be due prior to approval. The $50 will be returned to you if you don't rent from us as long as you have been truthful on the Applicaton.
There may be multiple applications for one property and some prospects may be further along in the application process than others. Complete applications will be processed on a first come first served basis.
Management reserves the right to collect and review as many applications as they deem necessary to find a qualified tenant to fill a given vacancy, and it is possible for us to approve more than one prospective renter to be approved at one time.
