Making Payments to Valor Homes
If you make a payment through Paylease, your account will be automatically credited. You do not have to report that anywhere else. To pay through Paylease, click the Payments tab on the upper part of the Valor Homes website www.valorrentals.com. Then click the "Pay your rent online" link (ABOVE AND TO YOUR LEFT). If you want to be set up on Paylease, please email payments@valorleadership.com and you will be set up. If we experience a large number of rejections from your account on Paylease ($35 charge per rejection) we will remove this option for your payments in the future.
We accept payments through Zelle to 404-647-9174. Mark the account a business. Name on the account is Anthony Alaimo Inc. Email associated with the account is leasing@valorleadership.com. Zelle identifies the sender and is much easier to apply to your account. Please put your street address in the Zelle notes. The best of paying with Zelle is there are no service charges or return charges.
If you make a payment by depositing the money into the Valor Homes Bank of America account, it is imperative that you also report this on the website. Click the Payments tab on the upper part of the Valor Homes website www.valorrentals.com. Then click the "Report a payment you've recently made" link (ABOVE AND TO YOUR RIGHT) and fill out the form. Please also email (leasing@valorleadership.com) or text (404-647-9174) a copy of the Bank of America deposit receipt. If you don't do this, Valor Home may not be able to identify the source of the deposit and cannot credit your account.
When you receive your statement each month, please verify that all the deposits you made are on your account. If not, please email the deposit receipt to leasing@valorleadership.com in order to get proper credit.
If you make a deposit that is rejected by either Paylease or Bank of America, there will be a $35 charge for each rejection. If you continue to have rejections on Paylease, you will no longer be able to use that method of payment.
If you want to bring a deposit to the office, it must be in the form of money orders. No cash will be accepted by the office. If you do come to the office, please make an appointment with Janice by emailing leasing@valorleadership.com or call the office at 404-424-9288. Email is the best way to ensure rapid response.
If you are in eviction, no payments will be accepted by Valor Homes until the eviction is adjudicated. If you put money in our bank it will be returned to you. No payments will be accepted by Valor Homes for tenants in eviction. To remove the eviction you must comply with the court, you must get Valor Homes consent, and pay all charges in full.
